Project report

This report would show the performance of the project. It was using the total expected selling value of the project devided by the number of intended milestones and based on those figures, would price the whole project and automatically raise prices incase of reaching a milestone.

Usually companies tend to use number of units sold, we used the value as milestones.

This report illustrated the number of units available per unit type, and how many were sold or blocked is also possible with a dropdown.

Here, the same thing as above but by view of the unit

Again, another unit report but using the number of bedrooms

Financial report

This report would collect all the financial information of units sold.

This was then illustrated as a graph and it was clearly visible that the company would receive a lot of income. The graph was an eye opener to the management team.

Sales Report

The sales team's performance was automatically calculated based on the volumena dvalue of all their sales. that also includes shared shares (where 2 sales employees had the right to the commission).

This was updated automatically and split by month.

The second image shows the sales done per broker/ambassador or individual.

The graph below illustrated the sales for each sales employee per month.
